Committee Reports

Habitat: Dennis Pratt confirmed dates are set at July 24th, July 31st, and Aug 7th. Volunteers will need gloves and waders.  Board members discussed lunch preparation, plywood preparations, tools needed, sport yak delivery, etc. Dennis will coordinate.  At Beaupre Springs, we will help the evergreen tree growth by removing willows and tag alders.  East and West Forks need brushing and gravel moves. This will assure that adequate stream flow over the trout/salmon spawning sites continues.

During the project he will be returning every 14 days during the spawning seasons. Northwestern Scholarship – Courtney Johnson reports that this year’s Northwestern High School Scholarship recipient is Amy Bates.
