We’ve Gone Digital – Make Sure We Have Your Email Address!

If we have your correct email address, you should have received a couple of newsletter via email by now. If you are a member and you haven’t received an email version of the newsletter, we don’t have your email address or the one we have is incorrect. We’ve had a significant number of emailed newsletters that were undeliverable because of address problems. Please make sure we have your up-to-date email address if you’d like to receive our newsletter by email.

A successful transition depends on you providing us an accurate email address. You can furnish this by using the “Contact Us” form on our website (click on http://bruleriversportsmensclub.com/contact-us/contact/), the form we send when it’s time to renew your membership, or the membership form used when you join the Club.

If you no longer want to receive the paper copy, you need to do nothing further. Once we’ve completed the transition, you will no longer get a copy in the mail.

If, on the other hand, you would like to continue receiving the print copy, you must let us know. You can do this by contacting us (click on http://bruleriversportsmensclub.com/contact-us/contact/). Unfortunately, we will need to increase the membership dues by $10.00 per year for members who still want a paper copy to cover the rising costs of producing and mailing the paper copy.

Maintaining up-to-date mailing lists has always been a challenging part of producing newsletters.  This will not change with the transition to a digital format; however, the transition needs to be a “2-way street” to be successful. We assure you that we have never shared your mailing address with anyone for any purpose, and we promise to treat your email addresses with the same respect.
